Wholesale Terms of Service 

1. General These Terms govern the supply of goods by Canexpress Pty Ltd to you (the "Customer"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We do not sell to the general public.

2. Eligibility and Compliance

• 2.1 You warrant that you are a registered pharmacist or medical practitioner with current AHPRA registration.
• 2.2 You acknowledge that products supplied are unapproved medicines (Schedule 4 and Schedule 8) and must be stored, dispensed, and recorded in strict accordance with the relevant State and Territory poisons legislation.
• 2.3 You are solely responsible for ensuring valid Special Access Scheme (SAS) or Authorised Prescriber (AP) approvals are in place before dispensing to a patient. Canexpress Pty Ltd accepts no liability for improper dispensing.

3. Orders and Pricing

• 3.1 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST (unless otherwise noted).
• 3.2 Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is the price listed at the time of order confirmation.
• 3.3 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where we cannot verify your registration status.

4. Shipping and Risk

• 4.1 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated ad dress.
• 4.2 We use cold-chain compliant couriers. You must ensure authorised personnel are available to sign for and immediately store temperature-sensitive goods upon arrival. We are not liable for spoilage caused by delays in your acceptance of delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability To the full extent permitted by law, Canexpress Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss (including loss of profits) arising from the supply of goods or any delay in supply.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
